ESF-S/E Fully Automatic Continuous Vertical Round Foam Foaming Machine

The ESF-S/E series polyurethane round foam foaming production line is capable of producing a wide range of conventional sponges, flame-retardant sponges, and flame-laminated sponges with densities ranging from 12 kg/m³ to 35 kg/m³. We have over 20 years of experience in sponge foaming production and design.

The ESF-S/E fully automatic continuous vertical round foam foaming machine is equipped with a Siemens S7-200 PLC and a 10-inch Siemens human-machine interface (HMI). It adopts German-made KRACHT foaming pumps and is fitted with a digital flow control system, forming an automatic fully closed-loop flow control system.

  • Sponge Ball Rebound Resilience Tester:
    This product is used to determine the ball rebound resilience of flexible polyurethane foam materials. A steel ball of specified diameter and mass is dropped freely from a set height onto the foam specimen. The photoelectric sensor measures the time from the ball's rebound to its subsequent fall, and the microprocessor calculates the rebound height of the steel ball. In accordance with the test method specified in GB/T 6670, three rebound height measurements are taken for each specimen. The maximum height among the three is selected as the rebound height of that specimen, and the average of the three maximum rebound heights is taken as the rebound height value of the material.
  • Sponge Foam Indentation Hardness Tester:
    This instrument is used to determine the indentation hardness of cellular elastic materials. It can test polyurethane foam specimens in accordance with the test methods specified in the national standard, providing accurate measurement of indentation hardness for various foam components used in seating applications.
  • Sponge Tensile Tester:
    This tester is used to evaluate the tensile properties of sponge materials, including tensile strength, maximum load, and elongation at break.
  • Density Meter:
    This instrument is used to measure the true density of sponge materials with high accuracy and fast testing speed, featuring minimal measurement error.
  • Muffle Furnace:
    This furnace is used to determine ash content, thereby measuring the actual powder/filler content in sponge materials. When used in conjunction with the density meter, it plays an important role in data analysis during the early-stage formulation design.
